Observed raw chicken stored on the top shelf next to RTE dressings and over hotdogs that were open. / Follow proper stacking order based on cooking temperatures to store food in cooler.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed full trash can blocking access to the handwashing sink as well as a grill scraper and food debris in the sink, / Keep hand sink free from obstructions at all times and do not use the sink for anything other than washing hands.

No sanitizer registering in the 3 compartment sink. also, employee was making tea using the sanitizer sink./ Ensure proper sanitizer is used and use test strips to check concentration. DO NOT use the3 compartment sink to make tea or any other drink. This is for washing, rinsing and sanitizing pots and pans only.

Observed cloth towels being used to help dry pots and pans. / cleaned pans should be air dried on a smooth surface or shelf, not on a towel.

Observed debris build up on the baffle wall of the ice machine. / Drain and clean the ice machine and put it on a regular cleaning schedule.

Observed interior of walk in unit doors damaged and missing cleanable covering over foam insulation, Repair interior of doors to provide smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable surface.
