Observed hand sink in front food service area not supplied with proper hand drying provision. COS: PIC supplied paper towels. CA: Ensure all hand wash sinks are properly supplied during operation.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed single use to-go plates stored on wire rack leaving items subject to vertical contamination. COS: To-go containers were flipped to protect from vertical contamination. CA: Ensure single-use items and other utensils are stored in a way to protect from dust and debris.
