Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)2 - kitchen and tableware, properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed two bins of utensils and one knife on a magnetic block stored with food debris. Observed several utensils stored on classroom carts in the hallway outside the kitchen for future lunch service. CA: utensils must be stored in a manner that prevents their contamination. COS: all utensils and storage bins rewashed.
