Observed the pressure gauge on the mechanical dishmachine to be fluctuating throughout multiple wash and rinse cycles. The gauge read briefly within the acceptable 5-30psi range but did not maintain pressure throughout the cycle. The gauge appeared to show a resting pressure of over 700kPa/100psi when machine not in use. Machine had work order in at last inspection, manager put in additional work order.

Observed the dumpster enclosure with a broken gate. The gate must be repaired to help prevent large pest incursion and unauthorized access to the dumpster. Staff were notified and will place work order for repair. Observed a landscaping rake and a pallet stored within the dumpster enclosure as well as vegetation growth within the enclosure. These items must be disposed of or stored elsewhere and the vegetation must be landscaped to prevent pest harborage within the dumpster enclosure.
