Barefoot Hills

All observations noted in the two-story guest room. Observed food and physical debris under the cushions of the living room couch and the seating chair in the upstairs reading nook, and under a bed. Observed a broken slotted spoon and spatula in poor condition ready for use and a cooking pot with physical debris in it. All surfaces, furniture, and multi-use items must be maintained to clean and in good condition. COS: discussed with management and room will be recleaned before next guest check-in

Observed showers in the three eco cabins in need of anti-slip protection

Observed food debris and dead insects under couches, couch cushions, and beds. Observed debris accumulation on shelves in cabinets of multiple rooms. Observed build-up of lint behind washer and dryer in deluxe two bedroom guest room

Pest control is done onsite and no log is kept to document chemical usage or application date. Spoke with Manager about maintaining a log of substances used, application date, and pest targeted. Also confirmed with Manager that no restricted use pesticides were used
