Observed bed sheets and pillowcases in rooms 221, 222, 223, 231, and 237 with stains. Owner informed Inspector that new pillowcases were ordered, and they will be used once they arrive. Housekeeping will ensure these sheets and pillowcases are removed and swapped prior to guest check in

Observed accumulation of mold-like debris on the baffle of the ice machine. This surface should be sanitized as often as necessary to ensure the ice supply is protected from contamination

Observed debris and dust in the vent of the AC unit, a leaking tub faucet, and debris in the mini fridge freezer in rooms 108. Observed debris and dust in the vent of the AC unit and food debris on the interior of the microwave of room 214. Observed rust and flaking paint on the window sills of many rooms. Observed debris in the mini fridge and dresser drawers of room 218. Observed dried coffee spill and grinds in the coffee machine of room 116. Observed debris in the mini fridge in room 238. Observed debris in the dresser drawers and cracks along in the painted wall above the shower in room 224. Per owner, once weather allows, the window sills will be repainted. Pest control done recently and deceased stink bugs found within multiple rooms. Housekeeping staff will clean and sanitize all furniture and fixtures within the rooms

Observed food and physical debris under the chair cushion of room 203. Observed debris and pet hair under the chair cushion, trash on the floor behind the chair, debris in the vents and on the top surface of the AC unit, staining on the ironing board cover, and the showerhead in disrepair in room 120. Observed a leftover guest beer can in the bedside table drawer of room 237. Observed debris and grime on the interior side of the door and walls, debris in the vents and on the top surface of the AC unit, the faucet handle broken and removed from the bathroom sink, and chipping paint around the interior surface of the windowsill in room 227. Observed staining on the ironing board cover, dried rice and other food debris in the microwave, debris in the vents and on the top surface of the AC unit, chipping paint and rust around the interior surface of the windowsill in room 223. Observed lime scale and dried debris accumulation in the coffee makers of each room inspected. All of fixtures and furnishings in all guest rooms should be inspected after each guest checks out and cleaned or replaced as often as necessary to prevent debris accumulation and disrepair

Observed stains on the bed skirt and pillows of room 203, pet and human hair as well as debris in sheets of one bed in room 120, stains on the pillows and pillow cases in room 238, stains and debris on the fitted and top sheets, pillows, and pillow cases of room 237 as well as stains on the mattress protector, multiple stained pillows and pillow cases as well as stains and a burn mark on the top blanket in room 227, and stains on the mattress protector, a pillow, and the top blanket of room 223. All linens in guest rooms must be kept clean and free of debris. Linens must be exchanged and cleaned thoroughly between each guest or a minimum of once a week if guests occupy the room for a lengthy stay. The linens in these rooms must be laundered and replaced before guests can occupy these rooms

Observed staining and debris on the shower curtains in rooms 120, 223, 227, and 237. Observed staining and debris on the bath towels in room 223, the bath towels, hand towel, and bathmat in room 227, the bath and hand towels in room 237, and on the bath towels, hand towel, and bathmat in room 238. Bathroom linens such as shower curtains and towels must be exchanged and thoroughly cleaned after each guest occupancy. Linens should be inspected prior to placement in guest rooms for any residual staining

Observed mold-like growth on the baffle of the ice machine. Observed debris and rust on the grates of the ice machine where a cup would be rested. The ice machine dispenser must be properly cleaned on a more regular basis to prevent mold-like growth and debris accummulation
