After inquiry, Owner reported internet and phone issues since a recent storm and is in process of obtaining a solution with a phone company. 511-3-5-.18(10)(c) states, "An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location" and "the emergency phone shall be capable of connecting to 911 and electronically transferring an automatic number identification and automatic locator identification of the pool emergency phone to the public safety answering point".
