Observed employee coffee cup on shelf beside clean dishes, water bottle & employee drink without lid sitting at prep table with food & seasonings and knives. COS, Coffee cup was placed in employee designated area and other unapproved drinks were discarded by staff.

Front hand wash sink lacking soap; Sink had only hand sanitizer. COS, Soap was provided at front hand sink upon request by PIC.
