Observed box of raw shelled eggs stored over ready to eat food (bags of cooked pork & a bag of chicken and produce) in walk-in cooler (WIC). COS, Box of raw shelled eggs were placed on another shelf to prevent contamination by PIC.

Observed metal containers of raw chicken and raw beef stored above ready to eat (RTE) food (Lo Mein noodles) in bottom of prep top cooler. COS, Lo Mein noodles were placed in a smaller container and stored properly above raw foods.

Several cans of Pineapple juice observed dented on shelf with other canned goods. COS, Dented cans were moved by PIC and stored separately with label.

Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength upon testing. Sanitizer solution had just been made by PIC; More chlorine was added by PIC. Retested solution and at proper minimum strength.

Old food particles observed on shelf underneath steam well, prep table, and rice holder. Detail clean non-food contact surfaces to remove old food particles. Send pictures of cleaning to Bernotta.Linder@dph.ga.gov in a timely manner.

Several cans observed badly dented on shelf with other canned items. COS, Dented cans were stored separately from other canned goods and some placed in bag by PIC

Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizer solution; Wiping cloth was stored on hand wash sink upon entry. COS, Wet wiping cloth was removed from hand wash sink.

Wiping cloth chlorine solution not at proper minimum strength. COS, More chlorine was added to solution and retested.

Sheet pan of breaded crab sticks uncovered in WIF. Metal containers of broccoli (cooked), garlic and oil (minced) in bottom of PTC, and metal bowl of sweet & sour chicken uncovered in RIC. COS, All food items were covered by PIC.

Bin with chopped cabbage and bowl of cut onions in WIC uncovered. Breaded chicken, wings, sweet & sour chicken, and egg rolls uncovered in RIC as well as container of flour. COS, All items were covered upon request.
