Two reach-in coolers not properly maintaining 41F or lower. Ice build-up observed RIC at drive thru and standing water inside McCafe cooler. Have cooler units serviced and do not place any TCS foods inside until units are at/maintain 41F or lower.

Fry holder cabinet observed with grease debris & fry crumbles underneath. COS, Fry holder cabinet was cleaned & sanitized by staff.
