-Observed 23 individual cartons of 1% lactose free white milk stored in the milk cooler of the serving line with best by dates of Feb 09,2025. -Observed 4 individual cartons of 1% lactose free white milk stored in the milk cooler of the serving line with best by dates of Jun 15th,2025. -Observed 3 packages of pepper jack cheese slices stored in the walk in cooler with expiration dates of July 22nd,2025. -Multiple cases of 1% lactose free white milk observed in walk in cooler of facility with best by dates of 8/13/25 (yesterday). -Observed 2 cases (6 individual packages inside each) of pepper jack cheese slices in the walk in cooler with expiration dates of June 11th,2025. -Observed 1 case (6 individual packages) of pepper jack cheese slices in the walk in cooler with expiration dates of June 27th, 2025. -Observed 1 bag of shredded coleslaw mix with use by date of August 10th, 2025 in the walk in cooler of the facility. *COS, Expired food items were discarded upon request by PIC.

-Observed 6 double packs of deli ham in the walk in cooler of the facility with best buy dates of 8/11/24. *COS, Deli Ham was discarded by PIC upon request.
