4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Quat sanitizer solution (in-use) at 3-compartment sink observed with utensils not at proper minimum strength upon testing. COS, Compartment of sink was drain and refreshed with new sanitizer solution. Retested and at minimum strength. Recommend having company service due to water dispensing hotter than recommended manufacturer's requirements.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Hot water not provided at bar hand wash sink. Handle observed stripped and not properly working. Must be repaired. Send verification to Bernotta.linder@dph.ga.gov once fixed.
