Domino's

-Observed multiple multi sized clear food storage containers stored on the dry storage shelf near the 3 compartment sink with old food and greasy film debris. *COS, Food storage containers were taken to 3 compartment sink and washed, rinsed, and sanitized upon request by PIC.

-Observed employee drink (Dunkin donuts iced coffee) stored in rear walk in cooler of the facility above a box of chocolate lava crunch cake. -Observed a strawberry kiwi Snapple bottle drink stored in the front walk in cooler near containers of sliced American cheese and above a box of cookie/brownie desserts. *COS, Both employee drinks were removed to prevent contamination by PIC.

-Observed 2 prepackaged containers of Classic Garden Salad with use by dates of 8/20/24. -Observed container of breaded boneless chicken in the pizza prep top cooler with use by date of 8/21/24. *COS, Food items were discarded by PIC upon request.

-Observed spray bottles of sanitizer and inside out kitchen equipment cleaner stored directly above jalapenos in the rear dry storage area of the facility across from the 3 compartment sink. *COS, Chemicals were stored to prevent contamination by PIC upon request.

-Observed a large amount of ants present in the mop sink of the rear area of the kitchen. Old food debris was present in the mop sink, which was causing ants to congregate. *CTM, Contact pest control company and have them treat area, send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72 hrs.
