Observed PIC did not have food allergy written notification available for customers. The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. PIC needs to post written notification for presence of major food allergens.

Observed scoops stored in tubs of flour and sugar with handles touching food. When stored in food that is not time/temperature control for safety food utensils shall be maintained with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon.

Observed regular light bulbs in base of operations storage area. Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
