Regulation: 511-3-5-.08(6) - (6) all piping shall be marked with directional arrows as necessary to determine flow direction. all piping in the equipment room shall be permanently identified by its use and the pool and or aquatic feature it serves.
Observed piping in pump room is not identified or marked. CA: piping should be easily identifiable with directional arrows.

Observed emergency phone would not dial out to 911 dispatch. Attempted multiple times prior to having the CPO attempt. Pool closed and guest requested to exit the pool. CPO took a panel of the window out and placed the desk phone from the office on it. The panel above the phone was labeled with an Emergency phone sign and the facility address.

Facility has two flow meters. One of the flow meters would not register the flow rate and appears to be covered with sand. The additional flow meter was reading at 550.

Identified that one pipe was marked and easily identifiable with directional arrow. CPO agrees to label unlabeled piping and enhance the faded markings.

Facility has two flow meters. One flow meter does not register a flow rate and appears clogged with sand. The other flow meter is currently at a flow rate of 600GPM. The flow rate should be at least 683 GPM.
