Observed rear handwash sink did not have hand drying provisions at the time of inspection. COS: PIC opened dispenser and added paper towels. CA: Each handwash sink shall have hand drying provisions at all times.

Observed a build up of food debris and grease on and inside of equipment. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
