Observed drinks inside of the back dressing room and inside of the dry storage area being stored on the ground of the establishment. CA: Drinks shall be protected from contamination by storing drinks at least 6 inches above the floor.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
Observed black bugs crawling on red drink nozzle as well as small black bugs flying around the bottles of alcohol. Inquired as to when the facility was last exterminated. Owner states that she attempts to do it herself.

Observed multiple doors in the facility were not tight fitting. CA: All doors shall be self closing and tight fitting to prevent the entrance and harborage of insects.
