Observed back door was left cracked open throughout inspection. Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; closed, tight-fitting windows; and solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. COS: PIC closed back door.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed busted tiles in multiple places along kitchen floor and coving including the area surrounding the three compartment sink. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Facility needs to have all busted tiles replaced as soon as possible.
