Observed stains and burn holes on the linen in rooms 131, 135, and 139. Observed a black substance on the bottom of the curtains in all of the rooms.

After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. Screening materials shall not be less than sixteen mesh to the inch.
