Observed toxic chemicals without a label stored in laundry room and 2nd floor housekeeping cart storage room. COS: Housekeeping supervisor labeled sanitizer bottle that was missing a label and discarded of bottle with unknown yellow substance

Observed ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floor excessive amount of black build up inside of the dispenser. Hotel Manager and PIC instructed to put out of order signs on both until they can be properly cleaned. CA: PIC placed sign on both machines to instruct guest not to use ice machines

Observed multiple housekeeping carts with spray bottles containing a blue liquid labeled "virus", per further discussion with hotel manager I was informed that the liquid is a sanitizer. Informed PIC that all chemicals must be labeled with the "common name" if it will not be held in its original container. PIC agreed to either write sanitizer or the name on the original container. CA: Hotel Manager instructed housekeeping supervisor to change the name on each of the bottles labeled virus
