Cheese in the RIC located behind the tray line in the main kitchen and beef in the Walk In Freezer were uncovered.
CA: Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination.
COS: Covered during inspection.

Chemical buckets stored next to plate pellets located on bottom shelf behind tray line in the main kitchen and chemical buckets positioned on bottom shelf of ice bin and stored next to coffee filter in the Front food service.
CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning.
COS: Chemical buckets were moved during inspection.
