Plumbing drain covers need to be cleaned. Water leaking out of the metal pipe next to the meat cooler. Pipe needs to be directly above the drain. Pipe under 3 compartment sink needs to line up with drain to prevent leaking onto floor. No cold water at the 3 compartment sink.
All plumbing systems shall be maintained in good repair.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Wood floor in door way of the server area needs to be repaired so it is smooth and easily cleanable. Wall under the table in the server area needs to be cleaned. All floors and wall in the kitchen need to be cleaned. Kick plate of the produce cooler damaged and needs to be repaired. All damaged floors, walls, and ceilings in the kitchen need to be repaired or replaced so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Examples are but are not limited to: wall above the meat sink, floors of the cook area, mop sink walls, and the ceiling above the meat sink. Floors in the dish washer are are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Ceiling in the back prep area, and dry storage area are damaged and need to be replaced or repaired so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Raw wood around the break box in the back kitchen needs to be seal or painted. Swinging door leading to the back kitchen is made of raw wood that needs to be sealed or painted. Floors in the bar upstairs need to be cleaned.
All physical facilities shall be maintained clean and in good repair.

Vent hood dirty on inside and is dusty on the outside, and needs to be cleaned.
