TCS items in walk in cooler were temped at temps above 41 deg f. CA: All tcs items cold holding shall be maintained at 41 deg f or below; COS: Items cooled during inspection. Delivery was going on before inspection started. Suggested keeping doors closed during inspection. Took a temp of cooler this am and it was at 36 deg f.
