511-6-1.06(2)(l) - Handwashing Sinks Location/Placement (Pf) (l) Handwashing Sinks, Location and Placement. A handwashing sink shall be located:

1. To allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and warewashing areas; Pf and

2. In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms. Pf Observed that there is no operational hand sink for hand washing. The school is currently renovating it's lunchroom and is using the gym as a temporary space for food service. PIC instructed to set up a temporary handwashing station on the side of the prep line. PIC has set up water dispenser with a lever that allows water to be dispensed without having to hold a button. PIC has also provided hand soap and paper towels. PIC instructed to utilize this temporary water dispenser until the handsink with the foot pump can be fully set up.
