Napkins and "to-go" trays stored on box on floor along side of oven cleaning chemicals. CA: Store single use items 6 inches off the floor to prevent potential contamination. Single use items were moved with a chair after inspectors requested that the items be moved during inspection.

Raw meat in freezer stored directly in "wal-mart" bags. Rice in hot hold was stored in grocery bags as a liner for pan. CA: Use only food grade storage containers.
