Observed food employee drink in ceramic mug above make table in kitchen. Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to keep employee drinks out of food contact areas or use single service cup with lid and straw.

Observed kitchen hand sink not stocked with paper towels. CA: PIC Instructed to ensure all hand sinks are stocked with paper towels. Paper towels restocked. COS.

Observed multiple items in reach-in cooler and make table stored uncovered. CA: PIC instructed to ensure all items not actively cooling are stored covered. REPEAT.

Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket above 200ppm. Observed residential hornet spray underneath prep table near bulk ice machine. CA: PIC instructed to ensure sanitizer concentrations stay between 50-100ppm. PIC instructed no residential pesticides can be used or stored in establishment. Sanitizer bucket remade to proper concentration, pesticide removed. COS.

Observed prescription medications above make table in kitchen. CA: PIC instructed to ensure medications are stored outside of food contact areas. Medications removed. COS.

Observed knife stored between prep table and steam table, exposed to contamination.
