Observed sour cream, assorted seasonings, cut tomatoes, and sauces uncovered in reach in cooler and storage area in kitchen. CA: Unless cooling, cover food. COS: Items were covered during inspection.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed floors and walls in kitchen area in need of cleaning. CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. All areas shall be thoroughly cleaned.
