Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed both restrooms with hand air dryers only, not paper towels to use when pulling the door to exit from the restrooms. Paper towels shall be supplied to prevent cross-contamination with the door handle. Install paper towel dispensers with paper towels inside the dispenser for both restrooms. Store paper towels at the hand sinks.

Observed recently prepped container of coleslaw tightly covered with saran wrap inside the walk in cooler during its cooling process. When placed in cooling or cold holding equipment, food containers in which food is being cooled shall be: Arranged in the equipment to provide maximum heat transfer through the container walls; loosely covered, or uncovered if protected from overhead contamination during the cooling period to facilitate heat transfer from the surface of the food. The food container was air vented.

Observed the previous inspection report posted in the drive thru window. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. Post today's inspection report.
