Observed mold on the ceiling in the bathroom in the front desk building. 511-6-2-.08(5) - Toilet and Bathing Ventilation Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated. Where ventilation ducts are used, ducts from toilet rooms shall not be connected into return ventilation ducts to any other room. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture.
