Observed vacuum safety cover missing. The vacuum line has very strong suction. Keep valve to vacuum line shut off and replace safety cover immediately with one that is auto closing and IAPMO certified.

Observed free chlorine too high at 34ppm. Chlorine was elevated due to fecal incident (formed). Allow free chlorine to come to within allowable range (2ppm-10ppm). CDC guidance for formed fecal incidents is 2ppm free chlorine and pH under 7.5 for 25-30 minutes. Gave CDC guidance papers.
To reduce free chlorine drain some water and replace, let time burn out chlorine or you can use a chlorine reducer such as sodium thiosulfate.
Observed flow meter not operational. Keep flowmeter operational so flow rate can be determines.
Observed cyanuric acid (stabilizer) too high at over 100ppm. Reduce cyanuric acid by replacing water in the pool. The maximum level allowed is 90ppm. The ideal range is 30ppm-50ppm.
