Observed mold and rust accumulation on the walk in cooler shelves. Shelves must be deep cleaned and repainted with food grade paint.

Observed floors with food and grease accumulation underneath and behind the cooking equipment. Observed walls by the clean dish shelf with dust accumulation. Observed walk in freezer with debris on the floor.

Observed air vent above the 3 compartment sink in disrepair. Observed dust accumulating on the air vents above the back breading station. Observed dust accumulation on the exhaust vents above the clean dish shelves in the ware washing area.
