Observed food thermometer in need of cleaning due to stuck on food debris. Manager discarded the food thermometer and replaced it with new, clean one.

Observed boxes of frozen desserts stored on the floor of the walk in freezer.

Observed the ice machines water filter line leaking, causing water to pool on the floor.

Observed cardboard boxes used as a trash bin in the food prep line. Trash bins must durable, nonabsorbent, and cleanable.

Observed interior surface of microwaves in need of cleaning. Observed cabinets under the dining room soda machine in need of a deep cleaning due to debris and sticky residue from the syrups.

Observed trash bin in women's restroom without a lid cover.

Observed broken and missing floor tiles throughout the kitchen with water pooling inside of the spaces where missing tiles are. Observed dust accumulation on the wall and ceiling above the cook and prep line. Observed a hole in the wall and broken tiles in disrepair in the mop sink, as well as a ceiling tile missing above the mop sink. Observed debris on the floor in the walk in freezer. Observed baseboards in disrepair outside of the restroom area. Observed the long floor drain cover missing by the ice machine.
