6-1A. Observed TCS food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit stored near door. The manager discarded some food product near door that was left opened when I arrived onsite.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

2-2D.No sanitary hand towels or hand drying provisions provided at hand wash sink in kitchen.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

4-2B. Observed soiled can opener with accumulated old food debris. The manager cleaned during the inspection.
