Observed a black debris on the bottom of the ice machine lid. PIC removed and will properly clean and sanitize. Roof of the reach in cooler drawer used to store fries contained build up.

12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed fries stored uncovered in the reach in cooler in the lowboy cooler. The fries were stored beneath an area that contained build up. Also observed a sheet pan of bread stored next to a chemical bucket in the front of house. PIC corrected on site.

Observed a leak on the floor coming from behind the three compartment sink. Stagnant water observed on the floor. PIC will have the leak repaired by 5/24/2026.

Observed a splash guard must be installed in the front of house on the handsink to prevent potential contamination from splashing. Heat strip not working on the walk in freezer door causing ice build up. Also observed the reach in cooler door on the preparation line in bad repair. PIC will have the cooler repaired by 5/23/2025.
511-6-1.05(1)(i) - Nonfood-contact Surfaces (C) (i) Nonfood-contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
