Observed quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer concentration at 100ppm in the sanitize sink compartment. PIC corrected on site.

Observed soda nozzles with accumulation on interior surface.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed improper hair restraints and no beard restraints. Team members were observed wearing visor hats that did not completely restrain their hair. Beards that are longer than a half inch require a beard net.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed front hand sink leaking into the cabinet underneath.
