3 - hot/cold running water under pressure in all required locations of tourist accommodation
Regulation: 511-6-2-.07(2) - hot water supply
Observed water in rooms #119, #201, #204, and #206 to reach temperatures above 120°F. Cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all equipment that uses water. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. Note: PIC stated water temperatures will be adjusted so that it does not exceed 120°F
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered
Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(6) - bed, bedding, and linens
Observed hole on bed covering in room #119. Observed heavy accumulation of debris and staining on mattress for pull-out sofa bed in room #119. Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly. Note: PIC stated housekeeping will be notified and the sheets will be replaced
