Regulation: 511-6-2-.14(5) - condition of furnishings
Observed towel rack to be in disrepair in room #315. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Note: PIC stated maintenance will be notified to repair towel rack
22 - approved leak proof containers covered, in proper location, clean, and maintained; collection adequate
Regulation: 511-6-2-.12(2) - garbage and refuse containers
Observed dumpster to be missing side door. All outside refuse or garbage storage containers shall be constructed of durable metal or other approved types of materials, which do not leak and do not absorb liquids and shall be provided with tight-fitting lids or covers and shall be kept covered when stored. Each container shall be located within 100 feet of dwelling units or trailer spaces or in a location approved by the Health Authority and shall be cleaned at such frequency as to prevent a nuisance or odor
19 - anti-slip tubs/showers, slip strips, mats or appliqué products provided and in good condition

Observed anti-slip mat missing from tubs in rooms #309 and #319. Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Note: PIC stated extra anti-slip mats were available and will be installed immediately after the inspection is concluded
