The Flow meter was not working. The flow meter shall be replaced or fixed to provide an accurate flow rate.
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(13)(a) - (13) warning signs for spas. signs shall be provided as follows: (a) signage which states safety, emergency and operational aspects of the spa, shall be prominently located near the spa.
No emergency phone (911) sign was posted near the phone used as the emergency phone. Ensure there is a sign and phone number of the nearest available police, fire ambulance service, or nearest recruit unit posted nearby. Also, make sure the instruction " Dial 911" is posted as well.
