The current certified food safety manager (CFSM) certification posted belongs to an employee who is no longer employed by the facility. Corrective action (CA): A CFSM must be employed at this certification by completing the exam within 60 days or hiring an individual who already holds a valid certification. The certification must be posted on-site and cannot be shared among multiple facilities. Cos: The outdated certification has been removed.
