COS: The sanitizer container was adjusted to reach manufacturers' recommendation, and the counter was sanitized.

Observed multiple containers of milk at walk-in cooler and reach-in cooler expired. Observed dates of 6/22/23, 7/21/23, 7/9/23, 7/6/23, 7/18/23 with inspection performed on 7/24. Corrective Action: PIC was notified, milk containers were discarded. PIC was educated on monitoring dates and FIFO.
