COS: Management discarded the Juice pearls. CA: Management stated that no tcs foods will we stored in the reach in cooler until it can maintain foods at 41 deg f or below.

Management also stated that the juice pearls held on the condiment bar under a "Time as a public health control" plan and will create a written SOP for these items.

On 07/25/2023 Glynn EH observed that the facility reach in cooler used for storing the "Boba Style juice pearls" displayed temps at 41 deg f and below.
