Observed during the course of this inspection that a facility ice machine displayed a wood like chip as well as other particles inside of it. COS: The machine was taken out of service. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all foods and ice served inside of this facility is in good condition.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility dishwashing machine was not dispensing sanitizer. COS: The machine was removed from use to be serviced. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the dishwashing machine is dispensing chlorine sanitizer at ideal levels of 50-100ppm when in use. Machine is to be serviced before use.

Observed during course of this inspection ROP tuna fully thawed inside of the packaging. COS: Fish was discarded. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to train staff to completely remove Tuna from packaging before thawing.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple pest inside of different areas of the facility. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that they work with an certified pest control specialist to ensure the reduced amount of pest in the facility.
