Observed RI cooler was holding ranch dressing cups at a temperature of 51F and 57F at the time of this inspection even though cooler had not been used (opened) in six days. COS: Dressing cups discarded. CA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below or 135°F (57°C) or above.
