Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that staff was not storing a soiled wiping cloth in sanitizer. CA: Glynn Eh instructed management to ensure that staff are storing wiping cloths in an appropriate strength sanitizer once soiled.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a container of chicken salad that had a small handle-less single use cup. COS: Cup was removed and discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that staff are using scoops with handles so that when stored in use the handles can be stored above the food products.
