Observed multiple lids containing buildup of food or powdery substances in cleaned dish area. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned from sight to touch to prevent contamination. PIC put dishes in dish pit.
13B - compliance with georgia smoke free air act
Regulation: O.C.G.A. 31-12A-1 to 31-12A-13 - ga smoke free air act of 2005
Observed employee vaping in kitchen area, all employees must comply with the GA Smoke Free Air Act of 2005 and can't smoke/vape in enclosed indoor workplace.

Observed substances on reach-in cooler walls and shelves. Also soiled floors, gaskets, and ceilings. CA: Instructed PIC to maintain non-food contact surfaces clean to sight and touch.
