Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed failure to have vomit and diarrheal event kit onsite CA: A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment.

Observed broken water pipe at hand sink of mobile unit CA: A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed broken gaskets at RIC CA: Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Observed failure to have testing device CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(n) - maintaining premises, free of unnecessary items/litter (c)
Observed combi oven that will not be used in main kithcen CA: The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.

Observed unusable food products in dry storage area CA: The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(i) - light bulbs, protective shielding (c)
Observed unshielded light bulbs under hood CA: Except as specified in paragraph 2 of this subsection, light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
- Shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant bulbs need not be used in areas used only for storing food in unopened packages,

Observed uninspected hood system CA: Exhaust ventilation hood systems in food preparation and warewashing areas, including components such as hoods, fans, guards, and ducting shall be designed to prevent grease or condensation from draining or dripping onto food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
