Inspector observed TCS food being cold-held at temperatures exceeding 41F. COS - PIC discarded. Corrective action: TCS food items must be cold-held at 41F or below.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
Inspector observed live roach activity on equipment when opening prep-top cooler. Corrective action: Facility will have a plan of treatment performed by a licensed pest control servicer to control the current roach issue as well as regular monthly pest control service.

Inspector observed dead roaches in equipment gaskets. Corrective action: Remove dead pests as often as necessary to avoid accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests.

Inspector observed Hefty brand containers labeled for general household use being used to store food. Corrective action: Food must be stored in food grade containers.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Inspector observed a partially consumed employee water bottle stored directly on the reach-in cooler shelf with food service food items. COS - PIC discarded. Corrective action: Employee belongings must be stored in designated employee storage areas only.
