Observed accumulation of a mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine and corners of the ice bin. Advised PIC to clean and sanitize with a frequency to prevent build-up.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed serving utensils stored in room temperature water between uses. Advised PIC to store utensils in a clean dry container between uses.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed boxed of to go containers on the floor in the hall and storage area. Advised PIC to store items 6" off the floor.

Observed floors to be sticky. Advised PIC to clean floors more frequency or in such a way as to not leave sticky residue.

Observed wet mops in mop sink. Advised PIC after use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
