Observed several employee belongings stored on and above food prep table. COS - employee belongings relocated. Items include keys and opened water bottle on prep top, purse and jacket on shelf touching box of cookie bags, and cell phone on shelf above prep top. Corrective action: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. Avoid contamination of food and food service items.

Single use articles and/or single service articles are not being kept in the original protective package or are not being stored by using other means that afford protection form contamination until they are used. Advised PIC to label the carafes that store the disposable spoons, forks, and knives and store them in the container with the handles out to prevent touching the food/mouth end of the utensils.
Observed wrapped and unwrapped coffee stir sticks. Advised PIC to use/order wrapped stir sticks.

Observed Food handler washing hands in the 3 compartment sink. COS Food Handler rewashed hands in hand sink. Advised PIC that food employees shall clean their hands in a handwashing sink or approved automatic handwashing facility and may not clean their hands in a sink used for food preparation or warewashing, or in a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.

Observed Sanitizer bottle with sanitizer not labeled. COS PIC labeled chemical bottle. Advised PIC that working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed several employee belongings stored on and above food prep table. Items on prep table included cell phone and personal drink. Items above prep table included medicine bottle and backpack. COS employee relocated personal belongings. Advised PIC that Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions.
