Observed several employee belongings stored on and above food prep table. COS - employee belongings relocated. Items include keys and opened water bottle on prep top, purse and jacket on shelf touching box of cookie bags, and cell phone on shelf above prep top. Corrective action: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions. Avoid contamination of food and food service items.
