Observed the meat sink does not have hot water. Corrective action: repair/replace hot water handle at the meat sink to provide hot water.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(a) - equipment and utensils, constructed of durable materials (c)
Observed putty knife used to scrap grill top. COS-discarded. Corrective action. purchase food grade grill cleaning tools. Utensils and/or food contact surfaces of equipment are not made of materials that are safe, durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent.
