Observed hand sink not dispensing hot water. COS PIC adjusted mixing valve dial. Advised PIC all hand sinks must dispense water at least 100 degrees F for proper hand washing.

Hand sink not accessible. Hand sinks do not have running water to wash hands. Hand sinks also blocked with buckets in front of sink, and utensils in stored in sink. Advised PIC to temporarily close until hand sinks are fixed and reinspected by local health authority.
